This Privacy Policy describes how Bizmotus LLC (“BizMotus,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and services. Our services are business-to-business; the information we process primarily concerns business entities and their authorized representatives.

2. Information we collect

Account and business information: business legal name, EIN, business address, phone, email, website, formation details, revenue range, and the name, title, and contact details of the authorized representative.

Payment information: processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers or bank account details on our systems.

Verification information: business identity (KYB) screening results and identity verification performed by our verification providers.

Usage information: log data, device and browser information, IP address, and product usage events used to operate and secure the services.

3. How we use information

To provide the services — including establishing and servicing your installment account, reporting payment history to commercial credit bureaus as you authorize in your agreement, delivering courses and tools, providing support, and sending transactional communications.

To meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and compliance obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Commercial credit bureaus (Dun & Bradstreet, Experian Business, Equifax Commercial, and successors) as authorized by your agreement; payment processing (Stripe); e-signature (DocuSign); identity/KYB verification providers; cloud infrastructure and email delivery vendors; and professional advisers or authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. AI features

Some features (the assistant, document generation) send the content you provide to large-language-model providers to generate responses. We send what is needed to fulfill your request and do not permit these providers to use your content to train their general models where contractual controls are available.

6. Security and retention

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level data isolation. We retain information for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, audit, and bureau-reporting obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

7. Your choices

You can access and update business information in your dashboard, opt out of marketing communications at any time (transactional service messages continue), and request a copy or deletion of your data, subject to retention we must keep by law, by emailing support@bizmotus.com.
