BizMotus LLC is not a bank, lender, credit repair organization, or credit counseling agency, and does not extend credit or lend money.

What a BizMotus membership is

A BizMotus membership is a fixed-term purchase of business software and education: the Academy, an AI assistant, an AI document generator, a net-30 vendor marketplace, and a business library. Payment history on that account is reported to business credit bureaus as a feature of the membership, not the product itself.

Every claim on this site describes what BizMotus does (reports payment history, provides tools and education), never what a bureau, lender, or vendor will do in response. We do not guarantee any credit score, rating, approval, or financing outcome.

What a BizMotus membership isn't

It is not a loan, cash advance, or line of credit you can draw from. It is not a personal credit product or anything tied to your SSN. It is not a guarantee of any score, rating, approval, or funding outcome, and it is not a shortcut. Results depend on how you run your business.

Bureau reporting

We report your on-time membership payment history to the major business credit bureaus included with your plan (Experian Business and Dun & Bradstreet) on an automatic monthly schedule. We report the history; we don't set, predict, or influence the score or rating any bureau, lender, or vendor assigns to it. Each bureau maintains its own file and applies its own model.

No interest, no finance charges

BizMotus memberships carry no interest and no finance charges. The monthly price shown for a plan is the total price for that term. Nothing is added over time because nothing is being lent.

Cancellation and refunds

Full refund if you cancel within 30 days of joining. After the cooling-off period, cancellation terms, including any minimum enrollment period and early-cancellation terms, are set out in your executed Business Installment Plan Agreement and control over anything stated on marketing pages.

The partner program

BizMotus operates a partner/referral program for members and business advisors. It is not featured in public marketing, is not part of any plan, and is reachable only through the member dashboard or a direct partner application. Commission terms are set out in the partner agreement, not on this site.
